Annual Reports

Finger Lakes Visitors Connection takes an opportunity every year to look back and analyze its marketing programs, look at its customer base and their inquiries, and review its financial condition, just as any solid business does! Our annual reports create a snapshot that addresses these questions. It helps us - and our industry - to ensure that we are looking at the trends, implementing and measuring our programs for success - or change, and adjusting our budgeting priorities to market conditions.

These reports outline what the most popular requests to our office are, where the customers are coming from, what materials they received from us and others. They also create a bit of a history log of what conditions impacted our travel and tourism results that year, and what was new in our industry. They are presented in an informative and colorful format and are filled with statistics. We're confident that you can use some of this information to determine your course of action for marketing and developing tourism in Ontario County.

Trivia
During the time of building of Belhurst Castle, an old woodworker’s tradition was to carve your fellow workers. So, yes, we do have faces in the wood – there are 2 on the main staircase, 2 on the great hall fireplace, 2 in the castle lounge, 2 in the music room and 1 under the porte cochere
